About Winnie Wong

Winnie Wong

My name is Winnie and I am a passionate Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and a ScarWork Therapist.

My aim is to help you to relax and rebalance your body to enable you to achieve a state of optimum function with your daily life. Day-to-day life puts many stresses on our wellbeing and all too often we are so absorbed in our stressful lives we forget to put our health first. Left unchecked, these stresses often lead to physical discomfort such as muscle tension and back pain, headaches, insomnia, digestive issues and many more.

During these worrying times, you might be feeling apprehensive, even suffering from tension headaches and heightened anxiety levels. Join me for a treatment and let me assist you with releasing these anxious feelings and break tension barriers to help aid with recovery and rebalance your body and mind.

Each treatment is unique and specifically designed to meet your needs. You will experience the release of emotional and physical stress and benefit from improved wellbeing.

Together we will examine the underlying cause of your symptoms. You may be working from home, using a make-shift desk that is causing tension in the back, neck and shoulders, or you may have been working non-stop, feeling exhausted and finding it hard to unwind. Come along and let me help you rebalance and recover.

I love and truly believe in what I do, in the effectiveness and benefits of complementary therapies and I am a highly experienced natural therapist.

Other more specific conditions that I can help you with include:
Lymphoedema using Reflexology Lymph Drainage and/or Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Scar therapy using Sharon Wheeler’s ScarWork techniques and Emma Holly’s Restore Therapy techniques.

A little more about me:-

I received my professional ITEC Level 3 qualifications in Anatomy and Physiology, Massage, and Reflexology at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine, and I am also trained in Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) by Sally Kay, the founder of RLD; as well as Sharon Wheeler’s ScarWork, and I am a trained Oncology Scar Specialist using Emma Holly’s Restore Therapy techniques. I am fully insured and a member of The Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Additional Work:

I volunteered at The Disability Foundation (TDF) based at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, a registered charity offering Complementary Therapy to those who are disabled, anyone suffering from a chronic health issue or medical condition, as well as those involved in their care. I work in collaboration with TDF where I provide massage and reflexology to residents in local Care Homes in Harrow and at the Peace Hospice in Watford. I also work as a Complementary Therapist at the University College London Hospital (UCLH) giving treatments to inpatients and outpatients with oncology and haematology conditions.

“Having suffered with back pain for the last 3 or 4 years and having seen numerous osteopaths with little or no effect, it was great to see Jason . He took time to fully assess my problems and explain, in layman's terms, what the issues were so that I could fully understand why I was getting the pain and more importantly the work necessary to fix it. I have seen Jason 6 or 7 times over the last few months and cannot believe the difference his work has made to me. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with severe back pain, and when I do sleep through the night and wake up in the morning my back is not nearly as stiff as it used to be. I would recommend Jason to anyone. Thanks Jason.”
